WOW!! its been a long time since CNY that I tag in my blog again.. Recently has been so so so tired.. Just had our annual appraisal last Thur..This will determine our increment cum promotion (if any)..

Well, I was glad that my boss finally "sin mok" and know that I am good.. She has appraised me quite well as in her comments were "Judina is innovative, has initiative, always helpful, able to work under stress & with minimal guidance, she works fast & efficient and able to complete task/duty within stipulated time.."

Of cos, setback is "She is outspoken and needs to improve on letter writing"..

Well, I thought I had already write so well to our clients, and she expected more.. Hmmm.. anyhow, my boss had recommended me for promotion to Executive..

I don't dare to hope much cos she mentioned that is subject to approval and should it approved, don expect too much on $$.. However, she has requested either promotion or better increment should it is not approved..

Anyway, I am somehow glad that my hard work repays, I still have lots to learn anyway.. Hmmm.. I have some photos but too late and lazy to update now.. maybe over the weekend ba... Well, this sat, I m going for badminton.. woot...exercise time.. ^^v
